My 4-Step Process
Step 1 — You Get Started
You make your payment and lock in your project.
Once payment is complete, your timeline officially begins.
From that moment forward, everything is scheduled and clear.
Step 2 — We Gather the Information
This is where I learn everything I need about your business.
You have two options:
- Option A: We schedule your first consultation and walk through my business plan questionnaire together.
- Option B: You complete the questionnaire in advance and skip the first call if you’re in a rush.
Here’s something important to know — and something I get asked all the time:
You do NOT need to have all the answers to the questionnaire.
If there are questions you don’t know how to answer, leave them blank.
If there are sections you’re unsure about, that’s perfectly fine.
I need very little information to get started.
The more you give me, the more customized your plan becomes — but even if you give me almost nothing, I can still build you an excellent business plan.
Many of my clients don’t have all the details yet.
That’s part of my job — I do the research, structuring, and homework to fill in the gaps and make sure your plan is strong, complete, and professional.
This step usually takes 30 to 60 minutes if we meet live or conference over the phone or zoom.
Once this is done, I’m ready to write.
Step 3 — I Write Your Business Plan
Now I go to work.
I take everything you’ve shared — plus the research and analysis I do on your behalf — and turn it into a professional, custom business plan built for your exact purpose: loan, investor, immigration, franchise, acquisition, or internal strategy.
Your completed plan is delivered to your inbox based on the timeline you selected:
- Standard: 7 business days
- Or faster, if you chose an expedited option
Step 4 — We Review, Revise, and Finalize
This is where most people are surprised — in a good way.
Once you receive your business plan, we have your second consultation.
I walk you through the entire plan like an eighth-grade teacher with a red pen:
- I explain what everything means
- I show you how to interpret the numbers
- I tell you how to present it
You ask questions.
You tell me what you like.
You tell me what you want changed.
I then complete one full round of revisions and send you the updated version.
After that, we have your third and final consultation where:
- I confirm you’re happy with the plan
- I give you guidance on next steps
- I share tips on launching, pitching, or moving forward
And that’s it.
